After you’ve made a payment we’ll show you a confirmation on-screen then send you a confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours have a peek in your junk box as they can sometimes end up there. If you still can’t find it, please contact us on 77183428

Upon receiving your order we will make a prototipe as per your specifications and send you the images for final confirmation.

Your order may take from 5 to 7 working days to be processed and delivered, depending on the time we receive your order. 

We can delay the delivey for as long as you requier so you don't have to worry about storing the package for months.

Malta & Gozo: €5.00 delivery charge applies to all orders.

As all of our wedding favours are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. In addition, many of our products are perishable, which means they cannot be resold or restocked.

If your wedding or event is postponed, we're happy to help. We can postpone the delivery of your order for as long as needed and will arrange shipment closer to your new event date. Simply contact us as soon as your plans change so we can update your order accordingly.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with the quality of your items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
