How long doe it take to ship the items
As we create and personalize all favours once they are ordered we ship within 5 business days.
Can I see a sample before production?
When we receive your order we will create one item as per your specifications and send you images for your approval.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Possible but not guaranteed. Reach out and we will do our best to accommodate, but it will really depend on two factors:
1. Have we already started production.
2. Are we able to accommodate the new request. ( Consideration for time and raw materials)
I've chosen the favour I want but I don't want to store it for months.
Make your choose, lace the order in the order form just let us know when you want to have them delivered.
How to order
Step 1
Choose a favour that fits your theme, esthetics and budget.

Pro tip: Not all favours have too be the same!
Consider having a combination of colours of the Tulle Ring Favour - Classic Grace or the Pearl Elegance.
Step 2
Place the order.
As you do, consider when you want to have them delivered. Some people prefer to place the order, so they know all is taken care of, but don't want to store the favours sometimes for months at a time.
Do let us know when you want to have them deliver in the comments of the order and we will tr to accommodate if possible.
Step 3
We will create a prototype a per your specifications and send you pictures to confirm it is as you pictured it.
We will reach out for your confirmation.
We make each and every one by hand on demand, so it takes a bit to make tem all, so we will need about 4-5 business days.
